A$1,495 + GST per role, paid once, up front. If you hire a GOAThire candidate, there's no placement fee.

No. The fee covers the role page, the search and the outreach. It isn't a placement guarantee.
If you cancel before the agent starts, we refund the fee in full. Once the agent has started, the fee isn't refundable. See our Terms.

Most roles at Australian businesses. We're starting with accounting and finance roles in Melbourne and Sydney. We refer insurance and legal roles to a specialist recruiter.
Each role is its own engagement at A$1,495 + GST.
Once the agent has run, we can introduce you to a recruitment agency. The introduction is free, and the agency credits your engagement fee if they place someone. Engage a recruiter.

Yes. You approve your role page before it goes live, a person reviews every outreach message before it's sent, and each application is checked for consent before it reaches you.
No. It doesn't interview, assess or make hiring decisions.

Your professional profile looked like a fit for a specific role. Every message names GOAThire.ai as the sender and includes an opt-out.
