Agency fees of 15% to 20% of a salary package put recruiters out of reach for many small businesses. Doing it yourself takes time most owners don't have.
GOAThire sits in between. An AI agent does the search and outreach, a person checks the work, and you pay A$1,495 + GST per role.
Who's behind it
GOAThire.ai is owned by RecAlliance Pty Ltd, a Melbourne recruitment business. It's built by people who have recruited for Australian employers since 2011.
We built GOAThire to do the repeatable parts of recruitment faster and for less, and to keep a person in the loop for everything that matters.

A person reviews every outreach message before it's sent.
Candidate details are used only with consent, and only for the role.
