# From role to resumes, in four steps.

You tell us about the role. Our AI agent finds and contacts candidates. Applications come to you, with each candidate's consent. A person checks every message along the way.

   ### Tell us about the role
   
   Send us six things, then we invoice A$1,495 + GST. The agent starts once it's paid. Add your brand colours if you have them.

     - Role location (suburb)
   
   Only have the basics? We can write the role description from minimal information. The more you give us, the better the role page and the stronger the applicants.

   ### We build your role page
   
   A public page for the job, in your logo and colours, with the role details and an application form. You also get a social pack: post copy for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, hashtags and a branded share image. You approve the page before it goes live.

   ### The agent finds people
   
   The agent reads your position description, searches for people whose experience fits, and sends each one a short message inviting them to look at your role page. Every message names GOAThire as the sender and includes an opt-out. A person reviews every message before it's sent.

   ### Applications come to you
   
   Candidates apply on your role page and tick a box consenting to their application going to you. We send you each application with the candidate's resume. You interview, decide and hire. If you hire a GOAThire candidate, there's no placement fee.
