You and the agency agree terms directly. Any agency fee is between you and them.
Introductions are available after your engagement fee is paid and the agent has run.
Your fee counts
Agencies we introduce credit your A$1,495 + GST engagement fee against their fee if they place someone in the role.
What it costs you
The introduction is free. If you engage the agency, you pay their fee, less your GOAThire credit if they place someone.
When to ask
You'd like someone to screen applicants and run first interviews for you.
The role is senior, specialised or in a tight market.
You want references checked and offers managed for you.
