# Terms of service

## 1. Who we are

GOAThire.ai is a trading name of RecAlliance Pty Ltd (ABN 88 660 656 422) ("GOAThire", "we", "us"). These terms apply when a business ("you") engages GOAThire for a role, and to anyone using goathire.ai.

## 2. The service

Each role you start with us is a separate engagement. For each engagement we:

- build a public role page for the role, in your branding;
- prepare a social pack (post copy, hashtags and a share image);
- use our AI agent to identify people whose experience may fit the role;
- contact those people, inviting them to look at the role page and apply; and
- send you applications made through your role page, each with the candidate's consent.

A person reviews every outreach message before it's sent.

## 3. What we don't do

We don't interview, assess, rank, reference check or verify candidates, and we don't make hiring decisions. You're responsible for your own selection process, checks (including right to work), offers and employment terms, and for complying with employment, anti-discrimination and privacy laws.

## 4. Fee and payment

The fee is A$1,495 + GST per role. We invoice when you start a role. The agent starts once the invoice is paid. If you hire a candidate who applied through your role page, there's no placement fee.

## 5. No guarantee

We don't guarantee any number or quality of applications, or that you'll make a hire. The fee covers the role page, the search and the outreach.

## 6. Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel before the agent starts, we'll refund the fee in full. Once the agent has started, the fee isn't refundable. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.

## 7. Your information and content

You confirm that the role is genuine and lawful, that the information you give us is accurate, and that you're entitled to give us your logo, brand material and role details. You allow us to use them to build, publish and promote your role page and social pack. We may decline or remove a role that we consider unlawful, discriminatory or misleading.

## 8. Candidate information

You'll receive candidates' personal information only for the role they applied to. You must use it only to consider them for that role, keep it secure, not share it with anyone else, and handle it in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Don't contact candidates for any other purpose without their consent.

## 9. Role pages

Role pages are public and may appear in search results. You approve each page before it goes live. Tell us when the role is filled or closed and we'll mark it filled or take it down.

## 10. Recruiter introductions

If you ask after the agent has run, we may introduce you to a recruitment agency. Any agreement with the agency is between you and the agency. We may receive a fee from the agency for the introduction. We don't pass candidates' details to agencies.

## 11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an engagement is limited to the fee you paid for it, and we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits. This doesn't limit any liability that can't lawfully be limited.

## 12. Website

Content on goathire.ai is general information. We may change or update it at any time.

## 13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you start a role applies to that engagement.

## 14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the courts of Victoria.
