About us

Elevator Pitch is an Australian employment platform where employers pay professionals connection fees and sign-on bonuses.

Professionals post an anonymous pitch of up to 1,000 characters. Employers and recruiters search on skills, then pay to connect with the people they want to talk to. You don't have to be actively looking to benefit from Elevator Pitch.

The role

You'll win and keep the businesses and recruiters who use Elevator Pitch to find people. You own the client side end to end: pipeline, demo, close, onboard and grow.

Structure: you report directly to the Founder and work closely with the product team.

What you'll do

  • Build a pipeline of employers and recruitment agencies through outbound calls, email and LinkedIn
  • Run discovery calls and demos, and close new accounts
  • Onboard new clients and get them to their first connection fast
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, including renewals and upsell
  • Keep HubSpot accurate: every lead, deal and note
  • Feed client feedback back into the product

What you'll bring

  • 2+ years in B2B sales or account management, with new business targets
  • A track record of closing your own deals
  • Confidence on the phone and in video demos
  • CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred)

Highly regarded

  • Selling to HR, talent or recruitment buyers
  • SaaS or marketplace experience

What success looks like

  • New employer and recruiter accounts signed every month, against targets agreed with the Founder
  • Clients who stay and grow
  • A full, accurate pipeline in HubSpot
